A) MEETING WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT

  • Meeting with management to find out Scope and Goals of audit.
  • Get materials from Management regarding activities and processes involved in production understanding processes and HSE policy and programs.

B) AUDITOR'S ACTIVITIES

  • Understanding systems and procedures

C) SITE AUDITS

  • To have discussion with company manager and HSE responsible person to discuss Audit goals and process.
  • To carry out orientation tour.
  • To get filled a questionnaire to obtain basic information about the facilities, health, safety and environmental programs and practices.
  • Without disturbing facility operations, evidence gathering will be carried out by the Eminence Consultancy Audit team.

D) AUDIT CONCLUSION

  • An audit conclusion meeting is held with facility management and any deficiencies, which IDLH (immediately dangerous to life and health) are noted: so that corrective action can be taken immediately.
  • All audit items are given ratings to help with prioritizing corrective action plans 

E) AUDIT REPORTING

  • The report generally follows within one week after the audit and includes recommendations for improvement with a suggested action list for implementation.
  • The auditor would meet with corporate management to discuss findings and recommendations, after they have had time to review the report.

F) AUDIT REPORTING

  • Eminence Consultancy recommends a follow-up audit be planned to ensure that all deficiencies have been corrected and that the management system is implemented and is effective for the operation
