All audit items are given ratings to help with prioritizing corrective action plans

E) AUDIT REPORTING

The report generally follows within one week after the audit and includes recommendations for improvement with a suggested action list for implementation.
The auditor would meet with corporate management to discuss findings and recommendations, after they have had time to review the report.

F) AUDIT REPORTING

Eminence Consultancy recommends a follow-up audit be planned to ensure that all deficiencies have been corrected and that the management system is implemented and is effective for the operation
